When I give examples in written English, can I use "and so on" together with "such" or "like"? For example, can I write"We talke a lot like our school, the moutain, the seaside and so on. "?

Yes, you can use "and so on" at the end of a list, to say there are more things on the list.

"We talk a lot about things like our school, the mountains, the seaside and so on."

"We talk a lot about things like our school, the mountains, the seaside and so on."
Is the sentence right both in oral English and in written English?
And how about "We talk a lot about things such as our school, the mountains, the seaside, etc. " is it correct in written English? Thank you.

Yes, you can use your first sentence in both spoken and written English.

Yes, you can use etc in writing. In fact: if you were speaking it you would actually say “et cetera”. Etc is an abbreviation.
