I've been always trying to avoid everything that can have a bad influence on me. or I've been always trying to avoid everything that can have a bad influence on me.

which one is correct?

    Both your sentences are the same, but I take it that you want to know if you should use "can have" or "could have."

    You can/could use either one. The beginning, however, is not well worded. Better to say "I've always been trying."
