Hello!
Is it possible to use the possessive "my" when referring to friendship? As in "I did it for the sake of my friendship ". Is it understandable or should I use "our" instead?

Cheers!

On its own, my friendship doesn’t make a lot of sense, since there has to be someone else involved. You would need to say “for the sake of my friendship with so-and-so”.

Oh I see. In this case the sentence would be: I don't really like watching movies but for the sake of my friendship I'll have to go to the movies with Jack (my friend)
