Hi mates
Can I just say 'I am going to make sandwich for lunch '? Is it idiomatic?

Or do I have to say 'I am going to make A sandwich' or 'I am going to make sandwichES'?

Actually, I'm not sure how many sandwiches I am going to make when I say that.

I am quite cofused...

In the singular, you need an article "I am going to make a sandwich for lunch".

But you can certainly use the plural ".... sandwiches for lunch" if you're making more than one. :)
