It is a passageway which is used for removing wastes(such as products' redundants) from manufacturing area to the outside. Can I say it Waste Passageway? thanks

It sounds all right... I usually think of a passageway in this context as something that is open on the top, like a ditch, and might choose a different term if it were closed, like a pipe.

Waste passageway suggests a hall, not a tunnel, to me. Perhaps you could say a temporary holding facility/room for waste, a waste removal door/dock, a trash removal area?
I used to manage a facility with several types of waste removal areas, but I'd need more context about the type of waste and how it's removed before I could be more specific.
