Can there ever be commas in Latin?

Hi there, if you translate a text from English, say, into Latin today, are commas a possibility or not? I don't remember seeing commas in Latin texts at any time, but I don't know enough about this to be sure.

    Thank you!

Yes, modern editions of ancient texts and modern texts written in Latin or translated into Latin generally use punctuation, including commas.
