I just wanted to get rid of a doubt that I have: would it make sense in English to say "There is not MUCH SENSE INVOLVED in it."??

    More usual would be It doesn't make much sense.

    Your sentence is correct grammatically, but not idiomatic unless there is a context. For example, someone might say That makes sense!. If you don't agree with them, you could say what you wrote or Sense doesn't come into
