Ain't nobody makin' you watch me get my forget you on
No, girl, can't touch my good as gold
I know it's difficult to see me on a roll
But hey, you broke up with me

What does the bold sentence mean?
Does he wanna tell his ex "Now I'm moving on , so don't put me back."?

The bolded parts are being used as nouns. He's saying that he doesn't miss her and without her he is as good as gold. No one can disturb him.
