capitalismo de libre concurrencia

From what I can tell it is somewhere between "mixed system" capitalism and "laissez-faire capitalism"/"free market capitalism" as it is when there is government involment in the market but only to assure a level playing field (like preventing monopolies).

Is there a specific term for this or should I just go with "Free Market"?

thanks in advance

I think free market is correct. Economists would agree and disagree with you, me and themselves over details. But, if you have an economy where supply and demand is the primary driver, the means of production are in private hands and there is no central planning then Free Market is in play.
