capter un marché

I'm trying to say that there is a high demand for specialized lawyers in one field, but there are hardly any lawyers that are specialized in that filed. So I want to say something like:
"there is a big market to take/seize" as a specialized lawyer.

is that all right?
thanks for your help!

"there is a large market to be cornered ... " To corner the market ... accaparer le marché

Otherwise "capture a large percentage of the market" ... capter
