I'm a new user to the forum, but your threads have helped a lot in the past. So thanks! Can anyone help with the following phrase which I've been asked to translate: car, la ca bog a fond. I can't find "bog" in any French dictionary, even colloquial.

    Hello,

I suppose "bog" here is the ridiculous spelling of "bug" the Académie Française decided we had to use. There must be a bug in the software.
Or it's metaphorical, and something just doesn't work.

If you are familiar with this forum, I'm sure you won't be surprised by this: could you please provide some more context? ;)
