Hi,

I am readiung the ICAO General Declaration, Annex 9

there is health part here which says that commander must report if there are persons on board known to be suffering from illness other than sickness or the effects of accidents, as well as those cases of illness disembarked during the flight

Does it mean that the commander must inform about illnesses which caused the passengers to disembark in the course of flight?

Thank you

I'd word it differently. The commander's required to report all cases of passengers who disembarked at a stop before the final one, due to illness.

The purpose of the report is to identify all passengers on the flight, on any leg or part of the flight, who were ill.
