C'est un fâcheux passif, pas simplement un vague problème.

Je pense (mais ne suis pas sûre) que l'expression vient du mauvais tour qu'on peut jouer à un animal en lui attachant une casserole à la queue, qu'il traîne derrière lui et dont il n'arrive pas à se débarrasser.

Merci beaucoup. Je croix que dans mon contexte il s’agit aussi de: déboire, faux-pas, ennui, échec et, of course, problèmes.
