What I want to say here is in the coal mining industry, people only see the profit and big money, they treat each as tools to get whatever they want in the business, they treat each other, especially the workers as "the other", but never care about human diginity and respect each other as human being.

You could use the word "dehumanized" for what happens to the workers when they are objectified by their greedy employers. The words you've chosen sound pretentious to me, but that may just be me.
