If we say i will celebrate diwali with my family.which verb we will use fêter or célébrer?n also is there any proper phrase for like if we say with my famliy or with my friend?is there any particular phrase for this sentence?

You can use "fêter" and "célébrer" indifferently, I think, they're quite similar.

... en famille / avec ma famille"
... entre amis/ avec mes amis"
