This is the plot summary for the movie "I.T." - "Mike Regan has everything he could ever want, a beautiful family and a top of the line smart house. The company he owns is on the verge of changing flight leasing forever. That is, until the relationship with his I.T. advisor turns nasty, to the point where his teenage daughter is being stalked and his family is under attack through every technological facet of their lives."

What does "changing flight leasing forever" (or should it have been "lease" instead of "leasing"?) mean?

Thank you!

I haven't seen the movie, but I'd guess it might be another way to say "aircraft leasing," a system for managing rental of airplanes: Aircraft lease - Wikipedia
The new system they are proposing would change and improve this system in a dramatic way.
