Hello, I would like to make sure, that I have understood the sentence below correctly. I think that Mr.Honeywell was first a chartered accountant and then a parish priest.
I would also like to know whether the expression chartered accountant turned parish priest should be hyphenized (chartered-accountant-turned-parish-priest) or absence/presence of hyphens does not really matter. Thank you!
