What is the name of the sound a mouse makes ?
In french, the verb is "chicoter", but I don't have any translation.

Assuming you mean the cute, four-legged variety, in English a mouse squeaks.

I'm not sure what is has to do with the sound a mouse makes but here's what I think " chicoter " means:
chicoter chicoter qn = tracasser,inquiéter,agacer,chiffonner qn [Qué][fam.] irritate, pester, tease sb., get on sb's nerves; worry, harass, bother sb.

chicoter (CNRTL):
- tracasser
- par analogie (?) à chercher querelle : crier, pour la souris (syn.: couiner)
- déchiqueter en laissant un chicot
