How does one translate "chord diagram" (used for reading chords in music) into Spanish?

No, in English this is a bar staff. How about just "diagrama de acorde"?

If you mean where you can read the chores for playing the guitar. It would be "tablaturas para guitarra" or just "tablaturas", as Marxelo has said later.

Como dice en la enlace, tablatura y una diagrama de acorde no son iguales. En orden, las notaciones son:
acorde, clásica, tablatura.

Simplemente "acordes".
"Diagrama de acordes" es correcto pero no se usa.
