Customer claimed they haven't received the products.
Customer stated they haven't received the products.
Customer Insisted they haven't received the products.


we shipped the products but customer claims they haven't received them.
Are above three words all correct in this context?

    Customer claimed they haven't received the products. (It makes it sound like you don't believe their claim.)
    Customer stated they haven't received the products. (A simple statement of fact. Nothing implied.)
    Customer Insisted they haven't received the products. (A statement of fact with the implication that they don't think you believe them.)
