Someone is saying:
I'm not changing my mind.
Someone else saying in response to that:
Clarity can be useful.

What's the meaning of clarity can be useful? what's clarity in this case?

What is the context in which you heard this conversation? Was this in real life, on a TV show (which?), in a movie (which?), etc.? What was going on? Who were these people? What do we know about them?

In Damages Season 4 Episode 10.
The woman who won't change her mind, she wants do to something and no one can convince her otherwise.
The other one, the one who's saying the sentence with the clarity, she wants her to do something else.

It sounds like the thing that the second woman wants the first one to do might clarify something. However, I can't be sure without knowing more about what the two things are.

I will elaborate even more, hoepfully it will be more clear.
Those women are lawyers who are working together on a case.
The first woman, who won't change her mind, wants to settle the case and drop it.
The other one disagree but still trying to convince her otherwise.
She come to her office and immidiately the woman saying:
I'm not changing my mind, knowing already what she wants.
    So the other one replies:
    Clarity can be useful.
And then the first one is saying: Yes, it does.
