I was wondering how you say please in classical Hebrew? Is it the imperative of להואיל? For example,

וַיֹּאמֶר נַעֲמָן הוֹאֵל קַח כִּכָּרָיִם וַיִּפְרָץ בּוֹ וַיָּצַר כִּכְּרַיִם כֶּסֶף בִּשְׁנֵי חֲרִטִים וּשְׁתֵּי חֲלִפוֹת בְּגָדִים וַיִּתֵּן אֶל שְׁנֵי נְעָרָיו וַיִּשְׂאוּ לְפָנָיו

And then Na'aman said, "Please take two talents." and then he broke down in it...

    Also, Lambdin says that adding נא to the end of an imperative conveys the meaning of "please". For example, שמר־נא means 'Please guard!'.
