I was told that ''which'' must have a single and clear antecedent.

For example: ''I did not attend the rally, which was very unpatriotic of me.'' In this case, ''which'' refers to?

Another question is, ''some part of me needed to hear you say that running away together wasn't an option.'' Is this a noun clause? What type of noun clause is this?
