    expert client/ an averred client/ an inveterate client/ an informed consumer/ ?????

    Une cliente inconditionnelle = une cliente très fidèle, qui aime tout ce que fabrique cette marque, sans réserve et sans critique. A vous de trouver l'équivalent anglais !! :)

    If I were writing that sentence, I would definitely use "loyal customer." (American English).

    (I love Word Reference Forums...) I'm heading towards loyal/devoted, which captures the UNconditional part (thank you Agnes), and what "sings" the best...customer/client? My Spidey Sense is telling me "loyal client"
