When this toy helicopter "climbs up" or "ascends" or "rises" to certain height, it will lose signal with the control and drop down by itself.

Are they all correct? Which one is most appropriate? Thank you.

All of them are possible, jokaec, but "climbs up" is the least likely. If you follow the verb with the phrase "a certain height", all three verbs sound normal and appropriate: ...helicopter climbs/ascends/rises to a certain height...
