Once again, an adjectival string is tripping me up. It occurs in this sentence:

"Sometimes this takes the form of straightforward demonization but often it is psychologized; it is passed through a clinical-sounding mock detachment."

My attempt at translation:

"Parfois cela prend la forme du simple diabolisation mais souvent il s’exprime en des termes psychologisants; il est filtré à travers un faux détachement à résonance clinique."

Thoughts? Suggestions?
