co-production, co-réalisation (show)

Hello!

I'm trying to translate a "dossier" of a dance company, and I'm having problems with the words co-production/ co-réalisation (for exemple by 2 theaters): can I translate it by something like
co-produced by X and X and co-realised (...) ?

I also would like to know how to say this company is "conventionnée par le ministère": has an agreement?

Thanks in advance!

Direct is definitely used for a show or a movie (movie director) and a "co-réalisateur" is definitely a 'co-director' (that is, there are 2 directors, which is not unusual)
