If we make this deal, if we actually come aboard, do you realize what you'll be getting?

Could you please tell me what come aboard means ?

I believe it means "to band together" or "to form connection" or "to incorporate"

As sb70012 suggests, it means something like to band together or to join someone and cooperate with them, e.g. in a project. I don't see how it can mean incorporate.
