Buongiorno, sto traducendo la seguente frase, ma come sempre ho dei dubbi sul verbo "nascere" in questo caso:

Abbiamo intervistato YYY, che ci ha raccontato come nasce un pastificio d’eccellenza.

La mia traduzione:
We interviewed YYY, who told us how a high quality pasta Factory was born/comes about/is establisged?

Grazie mille a chi vorrà aiutarmi.

    Ciao Russell, stando alla rete leggo che born è usato per il nascere di compagnie, ditte etc.
    Magari si potrebbe usare established/founded ma attendi i madrelingua

    I think your translation and suggestions are okay. But I think it could be better. One suggestion
    In our interview with YYY, he/she told us about creating a factory to produce high quality pasta.
    To use "born" here is certainly not wrong, but it does have a sort of high drama effect about it. Not enough to make you roll your eyes, maybe, but almost. :rolleyes:
