What would be the best way to translate "come out in a cold sweat" as in "I always come out in a cold sweat when I have to read numbers with more than 4 digits in French because it's so complicated"? I know I'm supposed to show my own attempt, but I am really stuck:(:(. Could anyone kindly offer me a little hint, please? Thank you!

    Lots of thanks joelooc!.:D

Which one is correct "ça me donne vraiment des sueurs froides à faire....", "j'ai vraiment des sueurs froides à faire..." or "J'en ai vraiment des sueurs froides à faire..."?
