    Hi,

I joined a soccer team and I asked a teammate a question. We’ve been playing soccer together almost every Sunday; he never misses one match. But to make sure whether he would come or not, I still ask him the question before every Sunday night:

Will you come this Sunday night for soccer?

I wonder if it sounds natural.

    Thoughts:

I think it’s fine as a question among familiar people (people who are familiar with each other), also as a confirmation of something unceatain but the result would be postive.

    It sounds natural enough.

    I might say:
You'll be here next Sunday, right?
I guess I'll see you next Sunday then!

(This is probably colloquial American English. I was just imagining what I would say in the scenario.)

Thanks a lot, PP, in most of my threads. :)
