come "with s" or "without s"

    First of all, I don't get this expression ....


    Second, I don't know why should be comes with the "s" if is the second verb...

    Second, I don't know why should be comes with the "s" if is the second verb...
    The same thing that is going around is also coming around, so it's the same subject. So "goes" and "comes" have to match.
