I think it's grammatically OK, but not very clear. What exactly about your day makes it comfortable?

    Do you mean

Sometimes my day is busy, but sometimes my day is quiet.

    Or you could say

Sometimes I am busy but at other times it is quiet.

Sometimes my day is busy, but sometimes my day is relaxing/slow/mellow.

I think libre_pensador's "slow day" is a good antonym for "busy day." It applies in multiple contexts: people's personal schedules, business traffic in an establishment, or crowds at an attraction.
