Lo siguiente está bien bien bien expresado o se podría mejorar?

GRACIAS EVERYBODY

Coming back to your question and surprise about the excellent value for money on that particular property. We know the area intimately and are aware that these prices are not usual on such kind of properties but it is also our job and commitment to find these type of properties. Our intention is to establish realistic market prices, facilitating a quick sale for the vendor and a good purchase for the buyer.

  • I would make 2 changes....Coming back to your question and surprise about the excellent value on that particular property.....

    and
these prices are unusual on these type of properties but...

    hope that helps

You might even want to leave out the surprise part unless it is absolutely necessary. You could take out "and surprise" and it would be alright. That first part, as pointed out earlier, is just a little off. But most of what you have written is really good. hope that helps.

    Thank you, Kirk

Coming back to your question about the excellent deal on that particular property. We know the area intimately and are aware that these prices are not common on such kind of properties but it is also our job and commitment to find these type of properties. a good deal= in Real Estate this is used . You can also say exceptional value if you want to be more formal.

    Here's how I'd say it:

Coming back to your question about the excellent value of that particular property, we know the area intimately and are aware that these prices are not all that usual on properties such as this one, but it's our job to find such bargains. Our intention is to establish realistic market prices, facilitating a quick sale for the seller and a good purchase for the buyer.

    A few tips:

The term 'vendor' is not used in real estate. 'Seller' is generally used instead.

Your first phrase is not a sentence.

Value is sufficient in itself, but if you're goint to add 'money', you need to say 'value for the money'.

It's incorrect to say "type of properties" or "kind of properties" - Correct would be "Types of property" or "kinds of property".

    Hola Bawang,

Let´s look at the intent of the original--
it is also our job and commitment to find these type of properties
    `

These type...clearly doesn´t work. This type....seems to express what Jade meant to convey. She is not in the business of finding ´types´, rather she finds ´properties´of a given type.

You seem more adept at grammar than I am, so please explain if ´...to find this type of properties...´is correct, in your view, and if not, why.

To sum up, I would write it as follows--

it is also our job and commitment to find this type of properties

    saludos,
    Cuchu

I already said it's incorrect in my post above :). To a native English speaker "Type of properties" is jarring.

    You don't say:
"The type of dogs I like",

    you'd say
"The type of dog I like"

    or
"The types of dogs I like"

Just a small little doubt to mention. Just to make sure of what this "question" really entailed, because it does not sound right. especially when you are trying to persuade and be positive (eliminate doubt, question, suspicion) in a sales situation.

The way the response is being composed, it implies that the client had a question about the "excellence" of the value of the property. Or was it in statement form when the client referred to the concept of "excellent"? Regardless:

Go straight sell on this and eliminate "question", no need to resonate any related concepts like "doubt, indecisiveness, etc" in the communication. Just say "as to your statement"; convert it into definiteness and certainty on the part of the client, rather than a question.
