1-That's praise from one of your biggest enemies.

Can this sentence mean two things:
1a-That is praise and what's more, it is coming from one of your biggest enemies.
1b-Since it is coming from one of your biggest enemies, it should be considered praise. (normally it wouldn't but since it it one of your biggest enemies that has said it, it is praise)

    To me, it doesn't quite get the point over. It merely states that the praise is from one of your biggest enemies.

    To emphasise the significance of the praise, you might like to say something like your sentence 1a, or something like 'That's praise indeed, coming from one of your biggest enemies!'
