Should it be a comma after the phrase "owing to this"? For instance; "Owing to this, we desperately need the Buy Nothing Day in order to chhose simplicity."
In my view, commas are an increasingly endangered species. For this reason (rather than owing to this), on occasions, I use them more than many, or most, people.
