comma before 'and' [serial comma]: strong in body, mind, and spirit

Hello,

I need a little help in this sentence.

"Stay strong in body, mind, and spirit."

So. Do I need to put a comma after the word "mind"?

In Hungarian you definitely should not use comma there, but it's English and I'm not so sure about it.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Csaba

I believe the comma after 'mind' is known as the Oxford Comma. And I believe it has crept into written English relatively recently. And I believe it's become accepted. But I believe its usage is a matter of taste, and no longer a matter of correctness.

Others may have different beliefs . . .
