Currently , the most spread pathogenic organisms in strawberry plantations and strawberry crop rotations under conditions of our region are 1)..,2)..,3)...
 
  • Yes and no. Inserting a comma after a short or one-word introductory has become a style choice. Many publishers--at least, in the USA--no longer use a comma for an introductory phrase with fewer than three words.
    However, I would keep it there.
