As I have passed all my second year of Bachillerato...

Bachillerato is the two-year ¿course? you do before entering the University.

The sentence, in Spanish, seems to be a part of a longer sentence which continues with something he/she has obtained as a result of having pass the whole year/all the subjects. As I have passed... my parents have bought me a car. Or something similar.

Note: I don't really know if the translation for "As I" is very correct. If not, please, correct it.
