Hi,

I cannot decide whether to use of or about in my (own) sentence: 'Company employees working at the project complained of/about numerous workplace accidents, some of them fatal.' Is one of the options better than the other in this context?

I would say "of", since you're talking about something the employees want to bring to attention. I'm not sure though.
