Concerned teams (football/soccer)

Es un criterio de desempate en un torneo de soccer.

Los criterios son:

1. Points
2. Concerned teams (Pnt, GF-GA, GF)
3. Goal diference
4. Goal scored

Entiendo todos menos el 2. No se si se refiera al resultado del juego disputado entre los dos equipos empatados en puntos...

"Head to Head" will be the correct phrase that it's referring to (which is what you have also guessed at further down your post by your explanation)....but it's a very poor way of putting it; Concerned teams???!!!! Never heard of that phrase EVER, in football terminology.

I believe someone must have been translating it from another language and went for the famous "literal" route, or something like that.

Gracias. Yo también pensé que se trataba de una traducción literal de alguien que no sabe NADA de fútbol.
