Conference Hostess Vocabulary

Italiano Italia
Hi, guys

Tomorrow, I'll be working as a conference hostess here in Italy with international attendees.
I have some problems translating from Italian what I usually say at the beginning of the event.

Among my tasks, I have to greet guests and register them, specifically they have to write their "time of entry" (time they show up for the event) and "time of leaving", besides their signature.
And here lies the problem: I'm not sure if "time of entry" and "time of leaving" are fully appropriate!
So, for example, I would say: "Write here please your time of entry and your signature" and "write here please your time of leaving and your signature".

Could it be right? Is there a more natural way to say them?
