Dear sir, I have deposited payment towards booking a room in the hotel, now I want to inform the hotel staff via email about my payment, after giving the details of payment, I want them to confirm my booking and send acknowledgment for receipt of my payment. How should I refer this in my email .Are the following ways correct . 1) kindly confirm my booking and send acknowledgment thereof. 2) kindly secure my booking and send acknowledgment for receipt of our payment. Is there any better way to express.
