conforme alla volontà

Hi forum,
Could you please tell me what do you think about this translation:
"Dichiaro che l'atto e' confome alla loro volontà". "The deed has been declared to be complied with their will".
It is about a notary deed where it is specified that what has been drawn reflects the true will of the parties involved.
Or is better:"...declared complying with..." or" declared to complying with"?
(I'm glade if you correct my english and the whole sentence too)

    Thank Paul.
I'm not sure: "...declared to be conformed to..." or "...declared it conforms to their will"?
The second in red it's probably the best....

I would like to learn how to use " to comply with" if it is possible in this case....?
