Any good English-Spanish translations for
"Congratulatory"-as in a "congratulatory pat on the back" or even a "Congratulatory Cake" made in honor of someone for a formal accomplishment?

It would help if you spelled it correctly: congratulatory.

The translation will depend on the exact context, but it's something like de felicitación.

Fixed it. The standard phonemic rendering /d/ confusing me, nevertheless for the purpose of future word-finding, thanks for the orthographic policing.

Mas sobre todo, gracias a todos por los comentarios.

Thanks Gengo, but respectfully, I don't think there's a whole lot of logical room for confusion there, especially given the standard phonemic rendering /d/ for the intervocalic consonant in question.
Fancy linguistic terms aside, there is only one standard spelling, and my point was that you would have more success looking up the word in online and electronic dictionaries if you spelled it correctly.
