Conseils de gouvernements

    does conseils de gouvernement simply mean governmental advice or something like the Cabinet?

    I am here, but sadly have never heard the phrase, and you haven't provided any context so that maybe I could work it out. :)

    I would rather understand it as council, otherwise it should read "conseils du gouvernement". Do you have some context?

    The correct expression is Conseils de gouvernement. It means government councils or governing councils.
