conservation sécurisée

Hi all,

I have a text about an electronic archiving service. It says:

"XXX assure la conservation sécurisée de tous types de documents électroniques"

Would you translate 'conservation' as 'storage'? I think that is better than 'preservation'.

Any thoughts most welcome.

Thanks in advance.

I think here it is more the sense of storage. The concept of preservation is more in the second term...

In your expression, the first word / term is "conservation", the second one is "sécurisée". xmarabout says that in "conservation sécurisée", "conservation" is about storage and "sécurisée" is more about preservation.

    Secure data storage?
