    I need a little help with this: Lo único que debe hacer el donatario es esperar, y eso no puede ser considerado contraprestación.
    In this context doesn´t fit the translation consideration...I think so.

    Contraprestación” (“contra” + “prestación”) is the correct translation in this case as the valuable consideration (the benefit or payment whatever might be its mode: money, conditions, discharge of lien, rendition of a given service, etc.) promised between contracting parties.

    Donation is a kind of lucrative contract with no possible consideration in return for the object of the donation received from the donor.

    In the sentence, it is explained how the fact of waiting cannot be considered as a “consideration”, as the way to maintain the essence of the operation as a donation.
