Hi all, Can anyone help with the following sentence? The context is consumer law...

Heres what I have so far:

'Anyone that is resident in France and has opened a deposit account with a credit institution may benefit from the banking service mentioned in article 1 without....' then Im stuck!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Loosely, I believe it would be a payment of some kind. For instance, if your sentence pertained to a company health plan, I think that the "contrepartie contributive" would be the employee contribution towards the insurance premium.
