"He is playing hockey with me"

Passive voice:
Hockey is being played by him with me
Hockey is being played by us

Which one is correct??

    Neither of them is idiomatic.
The first one would be somewhat better with the order changed:
Hockey is being played with me by him.
The second one is grammatical and in the passive, though it doesn't say what the original sentence says.

It is unlikely that a native speaker would actually say either of these.

We do use the passive in some contexts, but native speakers are unlikely to systematically turn active sentences into the passive if the active form expresses the idea clearly. I think that there are other things that would be more helpful for learning English.
